1. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made to Chazzam are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is in place to cover the administrative and preparatory costs associated with organizing your event.

2. Non-Cancellable Policy

Once an event is booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the client. We do not accept cancellations for any reason. This policy ensures that we can effectively allocate resources and provide the highest level of service to all our clients.

3. Unavoidable Circumstances

In the rare event that chazzam must cancel an event due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government restrictions), we will work with the client to reschedule the event to a mutually agreeable date. No refunds will be issued, but we will make every effort to accommodate a new date.

4. Changes to Event Details

Any requests for changes to the event details (e.g., date, time, location) must be submitted in writing and are subject to our approval and availability. Additional charges may apply for any changes. Changes cannot be guaranteed and are dependent on our capacity to accommodate them.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking an event. Failure to provide necessary details or meet obligations may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund.
